Job Overview:
The VP of Partnerships will lead Finzly’s strategic partnership initiatives, driving growth and fostering collaboration with key stakeholders. This crucial role requires a dynamic leader who can cultivate strong relationships, open business opportunities, and position Finzly as a preferred vendor within the financial technology ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic relationship management:
- Establish and maintain partnerships with consulting firms, leveraging these relationships to drive new business opportunities and successfully convert them into revenue-generating deals.
- Foster and strengthen joint pursuits, maximizing the impact of Finzly’s existing Marketplace presence.
- Partnership development:
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities with a focus on scalability and quick revenue generation.
- Build long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations with strategic partners, including fintechs, technology providers, and industry leaders.
- Marketplace strategy and leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for a future Finzly Marketplace, enhancing its authority as a go-to platform for innovative banking solutions.
- Identify gaps and growth opportunities within the Marketplace to expand the portfolio and deliver value to both partners and customers.
- Revenue growth and business impact:
- Drive revenue by aligning partnership strategies with Finzly’s business objectives, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize partnership potential.
- Thought leadership and representation:
- Represent Finzly at industry events, conferences, and forums to build awareness and strengthen Finzly’s reputation as a leading financial technology provider.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform partnership strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related role, ideally within financial technology, banking, or consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and grow partnerships that lead to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining high-impact relationships.
- Experience in managing or launching a digital marketplace is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
