This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Finzly, Inc. (“Finzly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, protects and shares personal information of users of this website, www.finzly.com (the “Site”). Finzly is a North Carolina company that exists to provide innovative banking solutions to banks and financial institutions so that they can better serve their banking customers (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Use. In addition, please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to Personal Information collected through means other than the Site or when you otherwise interact with us online.

What information we collect
We respect your information and our goal is to collect as little user information as possible while still providing a quality service to you.
