Responsibilities:

Responsible for Solutioning complex customization requests, development, Unit testing, and implementation.
Responsible for documenting solutions, reviewing deliverables.
Address production issues requiring immediate attention and delivery.
Adapt to change with ease while working with onsite and offshore teams.
Actively guide and challenge intermediate and junior developers.
Work independently as well as collaborating with various teams and be able to meet strict timelines.
Work in a fast-paced Agile environment delivering great quality product.
Should be uncompromising about quality and excellence. Should have advanced debugging skills.

Required Experience:

13+ years of application development and implementation experience.
Extensive hands-on experience in Core Java/J2EE, Multi-threading, Web Applications.
Extensive experience working with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Framework and NodeJS.
Experience with Messaging Middleware like Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, AWS SQS.
Experience in building microservice based applications using Rest API and Spring Boot.
Strong RDBMS skills (MySQL preferred), JPA, and Hibernate.
Experience with CI/CD build pipelines (Maven, Jenkins, GitHub).
Cloud experience preferably AWS.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to caching solutions such as Hazelcast, Redis or Oracle Coherence.
Experience in Angular or React JS for building responsive web applications. Good exposure with frontend technologies such as Angular, React etc.
Background in Scrum Agile development is a plus.
Experience in performance tuning Java/J2EE applications.
Financial domain knowledge preferably real-time, ACH and Fedwire payments processing.
Business Process Modeling experience such as Flowable. Knowledge of tools like Jira, Rally or Version1.
Experienced managing offshore and onshore teams.
