• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including:

  • NDAs, MSAs, SaaS Agreements, SOWs, and amendments

  • Terms & Conditions for new product offerings (e.g., AI-related services)

• Support the legal team in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, InfoSec, Finance) to align legal terms with business goals

• Lead or support negotiations with client banks and third parties, advocating for Finzly’s preferred positions

• Maintain and organize legal templates, contract databases, and version control

• Conduct legal research and provide summaries or recommendations as needed

• Assist in due diligence and corporate transactions as required

• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate legal work, with at least 5 years in a SaaS or technology company

• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models, licensing, and data privacy considerations

• Proven experience negotiating commercial contracts with financial institutions or regulated entities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certification or legal studies degree preferred

• Familiarity with financial services regulations and InfoSec requirements

• Experience supporting legal operations or contract lifecycle management tools

• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
