Job Description

Finzly is looking for a dynamic sales hunter with excellent sales ethics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities, understanding the pain points of prospects, proposing solutions, and closing the deal. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.



  • Research and identify new prospects to develop new business opportunities
  • Understand the product and the market to create a compelling story for success
  • Understand the prospects’ critical business issues and desired outcomes to effectively align Finzly’s solutions to address the prospect’s needs
  • Collaborate effectively with internal resources and subject matter experts to ensure successful sales outcome
  • Develop and present pricing proposal based on value created by Finzly solution; effectively negotiate terms and conditions with Finzly’s interests in mind
  • Stay abreast of the market and competition; research the industry and proactively stay tuned to the market development
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Build and maintain a professional network
  • Collect data and analyze information to prepare meaningful sales reports
  • 25-75% travel required



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience, selling software solutions to financial institutions
  • Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with C-level and EVP level executives across the financial services industry
  • Credibility in payments and digital banking, with expertise in B2B and B2C payments, networks, and related systems – ACH, Fedwire, RTP, Cards, SWIFT, account opening, or core banking
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to articulate Finzly’s value proposition through any interaction (i.e. phone, video, in-person, blog, speaking engagement, panel discussions)
  • Ability to write proposals, produce financial projections, and leverage Finzly’s CRM system for accurate pipeline reporting and sales documentation in line with Finzly’s sales and delivery cycle
