Finzly is looking for a passionate and creative product manager who loves to define and build a best-in-class payment hub experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand Finzly Payment Hub and Open Banking API platform and its ecosystem of apps and become a product subject matter expert (SME).
• Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
• Work with sales, product managers, and professional services teams to deliver the final solution
• Consult with Finzly clients to understand their banking requirements
• Document customer’s product requirements, interface requirements, product system gaps, and create a delivery plan
• Be innovative in proposing solutions and be practical about delivery
• Exceptional leadership, planning, priority management, conflict management, and organization skills
• Manage the project plan, communicate status to all stakeholders, and efficiently manage the risk
• Partner with the sales and client services team in planning the product roadmap
• Be the single point of contact for the product
• Be hungry to help banks and credit unions succeed
• Occasional travel may be required for conferences and customer sites

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business or equivalent
• Experience in open banking API platform, banking treasury, payments, is required
• Knowledge of the core banking system and deposit products is a huge plus
• Experience creating flow charts, swim-lane diagrams, UML diagrams are required
• Ready to work in dynamic startup culture is required
• Should be very organized in their work, accountable, and take ownership of the project
• Excellent communication and written skills to effectively interact and influence at various levels of the organization

Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience delivering banking or payment products that improve the customer experience
• Well versed in user-centered design
• Worked within agile development methodologies
• Knowledge in SQL, reporting, and scripting is beneficial
• Experience in data services and API-based product offerings
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Experience working with remote, geographically distributed teams and cross-functional teams
• B2B and/or FinTech experience
• Project management experience is a plus
