Finzly is looking for a passionate and creative product manager who loves to define and build best-in-class payment hub experience.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand Finzly Payment Hub product, its eco-system of apps and become a product expert
  • Consult with Finzly clients to understand their payment and banking requirements
  • Document customer’s product requirements, interface requirements, product system gaps, and create a delivery plan
  • Be innovative in proposing solutions and be practical about delivery
  • Work with sales, product managers, and professional services teams to deliver the final solution
  • Exceptional leadership, planning, priority management, conflict management, and organization skills
  • Manage to the project plan, communicate status to all stakeholders, and efficiently manage the risk
  • Partner with sales and client services team in planning the product roadmap
  • Be the single point of contact for the customer
  • Be hungry to help banks and credit unions succeed
  • Occasional travel may be required for conferences and customer sites

Required Education, Skills, and Qualification

  • AAP/APRP payment certification is required
  • 5+ years of experience in ACH payments, file formats, and reconciliation is required
  • 2+ years of experience in providing solutions in ACH or Fedwire payments is required
  • Knowledge of core banking system and deposit products is a huge plus
  • Experience creating flow charts, swim-lane diagrams, UML diagrams is required
  • Ready to work in dynamic startup culture is required
  • Should be very organized in their work, accountable and take ownership of the project
  • Excellent communication and written skills to effectively interact and influence at various levels of the organization
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Business or equivalent

Preferred Skills

  • Proven experience delivering payment products that improve the customer experience
  • Well versed in user-centered design
  • Worked within Agile development methodologies
  • Experience in SQL and Scripting is beneficial
  • An understanding of data services and API-based product offerings
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Experience working with remote, geographically distributed teams and cross-functional teams
  • B2B and/or FinTech experience
  • Project management experience is a plus
