Roles & Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot Finzly applications and servers based on defined processes and procedures.
  • Become a Finzly product expert with the ability to answer customer questions and resolve client support tickets.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles with the latest changes and procedures.
  • Communicate with Finzly customers on the status of their reported issues.
  • Train customers on new features.
  • Work closely with product and technology teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Support product releases by understanding the new features and how Finzly clients will be impacted by the new features.
  • Support user acceptance testing of the latest features and patches and execute testing as needed.
  • Flexible to work in night shift.
Required Skills
  • Relevant 2 Years of Experience in Automation.
  • Very Good Understanding of database Oracle, and SQL scripts for troubleshooting. Candidate should be able to understand complex SQL scripts.
  • Linux Shell Scripting to automate support tasks.
  • Must be able to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing with clients in the US.
  • JIRA Service Desk or similar solutions to manage support tickets is preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial accounting is essential.
  • Understanding of AWS concepts.
Preferred Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in the banking industry,
  • Experience supporting forex or trading system, treasury.
