About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong experience in Java and Spring Boot along with exposure to AI/LLM-related technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems and familiarity with modern AI tooling such as MCP servers, prompt engineering, and Python-based integrations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build and optimize microservices-based architectures
  • Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into applications using MCP servers and prompt engineering techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with proper testing and
    documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues
  • Contribute to system design, architecture discussions, and technical decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full stack or backend engineering experience; bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
  • Java 17+, Spring Boot stack for microservices development
  • 2+ year MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, Prompt Engineering
  • Good understanding of Python (for AI/LLM integrations)
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Cursor and Claude
  • Awareness / hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
